The motivation for the prize was her unique contribution in enhancing transparency and accountability for public assets through the platform <span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><a style=\"color: #99cc00;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.opencorporates.al\/sq\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">OpenCorporates.Al<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 18.0pt;\">The ceremony took place on 3 April in Tirana.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ais.al\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/Besjana-hysa.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15083\" src=\"http:\/\/ais.al\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/Besjana-hysa.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"860\" height=\"645\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ais.al\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/Besjana-hysa.jpg 860w, https:\/\/ais.al\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/Besjana-hysa-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ais.al\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/Besjana-hysa-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ais.al\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/Besjana-hysa-705x529.jpg 705w, https:\/\/ais.al\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/Besjana-hysa-450x338.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 860px) 100vw, 860px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 18.0pt;\">This prize follows up on the initiative by Partners Albania in collaboration with Partners for Democratic Change in Slovakia seeking to strengthen and improve partnership and co-operation among local NGOs to ensure a most transparent and comprehensive decision-making. <span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><a style=\"color: #99cc00;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.opencorporates.al\/sq\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Open Corporates Albania<\/a><\/span> is an open-data platform for business companies contracted by Municipalities to execute major public investment and services contracts. The platform helps accountability indicating how public contracts are distributed among various economic operators.
