implementation of<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/cluster1albania.com\/?fbclid=IwAR3dEVg6M0yKBCmN1L8m3wqGhneYPItQrPYQTvXXpkq0XdBNoYgkWqwYpMA\"> C1 \u2013 EU \u2013 NPA<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Project \u201cImproving the Debate on Policies and Accountability to Fulfill Basic Rights\u201d, through the creation of the Cluster 1 Albania Negotiation Platform.<\/p>\n<p>This project is being implemented by four Albanian organizations: the Center for the Study of Democracy and Governance CSDG, the Institute for Political Studies ISP, the Albanian Helsinki Committee AHC and the Albanian Institute of Science AIS, with the support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Tirana.<\/p>\n<p>See the event agenda <a
