data-type=\"core\/paragraph\" data-title=\"Paragraph\">AIS, the organization promoting Open Data Albania, invites students and activists who wish to participate in an Internship and Training Program on Open Data usage to apply for the OpenDataFellowship \u2013 Youth Empowerment Against Corruption 2025.<\/p>\n<p id=\"block-2394e0d2-5d42-4d11-916b-4a219a397364\" class=\"block-editor-block-list__block wp-block rich-text block-editor-rich-text__editable wp-block\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"textbox\" aria-label=\"Paragraph block\" aria-multiline=\"true\" data-block=\"2394e0d2-5d42-4d11-916b-4a219a397364\" data-type=\"core\/paragraph\" data-title=\"Paragraph\">The internship is open to university students from the fields of Economics, Journalism, Law, and Social Sciences.<\/p>\n<p id=\"block-65143df0-07c6-465c-9350-612b6b64d4e0\" class=\"block-editor-block-list__block wp-block rich-text block-editor-rich-text__editable wp-block\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"textbox\" aria-label=\"Paragraph block\" aria-multiline=\"true\" data-block=\"65143df0-07c6-465c-9350-612b6b64d4e0\" data-type=\"core\/paragraph\" data-title=\"Paragraph\">Additionally, we welcome non-student youth who are members or staff of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and are interested in data-based advocacy.<\/p>\n<p id=\"block-5bb91baa-0805-450d-8949-739fd0cccecc\" class=\"block-editor-block-list__block wp-block rich-text block-editor-rich-text__editable wp-block\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"textbox\" aria-label=\"Paragraph block\" aria-multiline=\"true\" data-block=\"5bb91baa-0805-450d-8949-739fd0cccecc\" data-type=\"core\/paragraph\" data-title=\"Paragraph\">During the internship, participants will attend info sessions on using data and databases for research, analysis, advocacy planning, investigations, and reporting.<\/p>\n<p id=\"block-05da1365-c8ea-441a-a16b-b3334bc9e162\" class=\"block-editor-block-list__block wp-block rich-text Preventing Corruption<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p id=\"block-d6269c3c-b8d6-4f23-b83f-a58f408d46e5\" class=\"block-editor-block-list__block wp-block rich-text block-editor-rich-text__editable wp-block\" \u2013 Payments from Budgetary Institutions<\/li>\n<li>State Budget \u2013 Allocations for Executive and Local Government<\/li>\n<li>Public Procurement \u2013 Official and Alternative Databases<\/li>\n<li>Procurement Process Stages \u2013 Risk Assessment, Integrity of Public Contractors, and European Integration Issues related to Procurement<\/li>\n<li>Business Registry and Beneficial Ownership Registry<\/li>\n<li>Asset Declarations of High-Ranking Officials<\/li>\n<li>Political Finance and Electoral Records<\/li>\n<li>Public Registers for Access to Information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"block-60ebd553-d89f-4d99-b858-8f6c90799112\" class=\"block-editor-block-list__block wp-block rich-text block-editor-rich-text__editable wp-block\" tabindex=\"0\" explored through practical exercises to enhance participants&#8217; understanding of legal and technological tools for data access.<\/p>\n<p id=\"block-a2edcdcd-481f-4546-849a-33a8bb75eee3\"
