L\u00ebvizja Open Data n\u00eb Europ\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb vitet e fundit progres dhe hapa p\u00ebrpara duke e transformuar metodologjin\u00eb Open Data n\u00eb nj\u00eb angazhim t\u00eb Qeverive dhe Organizmave t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian. Anoncimi i Strategjis\u00eb p\u00ebr Open Data nga Komisioni Evropian announcement of the European Open Data Strategy by the European Commission<\/a>, b\u00ebn q\u00eb aktivizimi p\u00ebr Open Data t\u00eb sh\u00ebnojn\u00eb nj\u00eb stad t\u00eb ri Suksesi.<\/p>\n

Shoq\u00ebria civile q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtet k\u00ebt\u00eb l\u00ebvizje \u00ebsht\u00eb tashm\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb stad m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb angazhimit dhe arritjeve. Si komunitet p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb hapura pa barriera, kemi arritur n\u00eb momente historik t\u00eb adaptimit t\u00eb metodologjis\u00eb nga Qeverit\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb stad konstatohet: p\u00ebrfshirja e nj\u00eb numri gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb madh personash dhe zot\u00ebrimi i nj\u00eb katalogu t\u00eb gjer\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnash p\u00ebr ri-p\u00ebrdorim. N\u00eb vende t\u00eb ndryshme jan\u00eb p\u00ebrhapur modele t\u00eb Open Data, si dhe leht\u00ebsira teknologjike t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatura p\u00ebr ta ndihmuar pro\u00e7esin.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb konferenc\u00ebn ePSI-Platform 2012, 350 pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs nga organizma t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, shoq\u00ebria civile, qeverit\u00eb dhe institute t\u00eb k\u00ebrkimit shkencor, soll\u00ebn ecurin\u00eb dhe sfidat p\u00ebr nj\u00eb pro\u00e7es hapjeje t\u00eb Sektorit Publik kundrejt Sektorit Privat.<\/p>\n

Instituti Shqiptar i Shkencave si nj\u00eb organiz\u00ebm joqeveritar, Promotor i L\u00ebvizjes p\u00ebr Open Data n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe Rajon, Realizues i portalit komb\u00ebtar Open Data Albania, mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb evet t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb nivel europian. Q\u00ebllimi i pjes\u00ebmarrjes: shk\u00ebmbim eksperiencash dhe idesh me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga dyzet vende dhe organizma t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb nivel europian.<\/p>\n

Rasti i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb sjell nj\u00eb model t\u00eb sfid\u00ebs s\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile kundrejt politikave t\u00eb sektorit publik. Open Data Albania \u00ebsht\u00eb i vetmi projekt me iniciativ\u00eb t\u00eb aktivist\u00ebve social dhe financim t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt nga fonde joqeveritare si OSF dhe OSFA, q\u00eb ja ka dal\u00eb t\u00eb realizoj\u00eb nj\u00eb portal komb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr Open Data. Mbret\u00ebria e Bashkuar, Franca dhe s\u00ebfundmi Italia jan\u00eb t\u00eb vetmet shtete t\u00eb BE q\u00eb kan\u00eb konkretizuar portale nacionale me iniciativa dhe angazhim t\u00eb Qeverive. Sfida shqiptare p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar portal nacional me iniciativ\u00eb dhe fonde jo-qeveritare \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb Histori Sfide dhe Suksesi p\u00ebr L\u00ebvizjen Open Data n\u00eb rang Europian.<\/p>\n
