P\u00ebrfitues t\u00eb projektit jan\u00eb universitete dhe shkolla t\u00eb mesme n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs dhe Republik\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Objektivi i projektit \u00ebsht\u00eb nxitja e aft\u00ebsimit p\u00ebr pun\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve, duke ofruar qasje t\u00eb hapur n\u00eb njohuri dhe aft\u00ebsi n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e Teknologjis\u00eb dhe Informacionit dhe Komunikimit (TIK) dhe duke forcuar bashk\u00ebpunim nd\u00ebrkufitar nd\u00ebrmjet institucioneve m\u00ebsimore.
