Zgjedhjet vendore t\u00eb 21 qershorit p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb do t\u00eb monitorohen dhe vler\u00ebsohen nga nj\u00eb koalicion prej 7 organizatash jo-qeveritare vendase t\u00eb cilat n\u00eb nj\u00eb z\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt do t\u00eb kordinojn\u00eb informacionet dhe ekspertiz\u00ebn e tyre n\u00eb lidhje me ecurin\u00eb e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb procesit zgjedhor<\/p>\n

Dhoma Zgjedhore \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb iniciativ\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht shqiptare e projektuar si nj\u00eb platform\u00eb p\u00ebr shk\u00ebmbimin e informacionit nd\u00ebrmjet t\u00eb gjith\u00eb aktor\u00ebve q\u00eb punojn\u00eb p\u00ebr zgjedhjet, p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhvilluar bashk\u00ebpunimin dhe reagimin e shpejt\u00eb ndaj krizave t\u00eb lidhura me procesin zgjedhor.<\/p>\n

Kjo nism\u00eb e organizatave me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb n\u00eb monitorimin e zgjedhjeve mb\u00ebshtetet nga Fondacioni “Soros”, me q\u00ebllim perftimin e nj\u00eb vler\u00ebsimi serioz dhe t\u00eb besuesh\u00ebm t\u00eb faktorit shqiptar mbi cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e pro\u00e7eseve zgjedhore.<\/p>\n

Pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj inciciative \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe Instituti Shqiptar i Shkenc\u00ebs, q\u00eb do jap\u00eb kontibut n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb projektit Za\u2019lart 2015 nj\u00eb portal \u201conline\u201d, q\u00eb u ofron qytetar\u00ebve mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontribuar n\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb ndershme dhe t\u00eb lira n\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n

Aranita BRAHAJ, Drejtoresh\u00eb e AIS<\/a> u shpreh se n\u00eb raportimet e b\u00ebra p\u00ebr Za\u2019Lart<\/a> evidentohet se fushata zgjedhore e 2015 ka nisur me shkelje e problematika, duke v\u00ebn\u00eb theksin n\u00eb tentativat abuzive p\u00ebr rekrutim dhe korruptim t\u00eb votuesve t\u00eb her\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb shkollat publike, si dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimin e sektorit publik p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime elektorale.<\/p>\n

Permes krijimit t\u00eb dhom\u00ebs s\u00eb situat\u00ebs zgjedhore dhe t\u00eb portalit online, shoq\u00ebria civile u b\u00ebn thirrje qytetar\u00ebv\u00eb t\u2019i bashkohen k\u00ebsaj nisme, p\u00ebr t\u00eb denoncuar \u00e7do problem t\u00eb hasur gjat\u00eb procesit t\u00eb votimit, p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb at\u00eb sa m\u00eb demokratik dhe transparent.<\/p>\n
