Open Spending Iniciative konsiston n\u00eb krijimin e nj\u00eb forumi kryesisht me gazetar lokal t\u00eb afirmuar, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb angazhuar n\u00eb informimin e publikut mbi m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e shpenzimit t\u00eb parave t\u00eb taksapaguesve shqiptar nga institucione buxhetore. AIS do t\u00eb angazhohet n\u00eb organizimin e nj\u00eb workshopi dhe nj\u00eb eventi DataThon (Data Maraton\u00eb) me pjes\u00ebmarrjen e an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebtij Rrjeti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Q\u00ebllimi i workshop-it do t\u00eb jet\u00eb aft\u00ebsimi n\u00eb:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>gjetjen e burimeve t\u00eb informacionit mbi shpenzimet buxhetore t\u00eb bashkive,<\/li>\n<li>efi\u00e7enc\u00ebn e k\u00ebtyre shpenzimeve p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbime apo pun\u00eb publike,<\/li>\n<li>kontrolli i konfliktit t\u00eb interesit apo rasteve t\u00eb abuzimit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nd\u00ebrsa DataThon 2015 do t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb rrjetit t\u00eb prezantojn\u00eb gjetjet e tyre mbi m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e qeverisjes duke u bazuar n\u00eb mbledhje dhe vizualizimin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave p\u00ebr bashki p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nj\u00eb num\u00ebr <span style=\"color: #808000;\"><a style=\"color: #808000; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"http:\/\/spending.data.al\/sq\">ICT tool<\/a><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #808000; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"http:\/\/spending.data.al\/sq\">s<\/a><\/span><\/span> p\u00ebr transparenc\u00eb n\u00eb shpenzime publike do t\u00eb synohen t\u00eb vihen n\u00eb dispozicion t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve p\u00ebr ti angazhuar ata n\u00eb procesin e monitorimit dhe pjes\u00ebmarrjes n\u00eb buxhetim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Workshopi i par\u00eb n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj iniciative do t\u00eb organizohet n\u00eb jav\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb Tetorit 2015.
