Metodologjia e ofruar p\u00ebrmes asistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb WFD \u00ebsht\u00eb tashm\u00eb e p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb procedurat formale t\u00eb shqyrtimit t\u00eb projektligjeve n\u00eb Kuvendin e
