Secila nga k\u00ebto procedura prokurimi publik \u00ebsht\u00eb e <span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><a style=\"color: #99cc00;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.openprocurement.al\/sq\/tender\/list\">listuar<\/a><\/span> n\u00eb portalin prokurime Transparente rubrika Tender. <strong>Bashkia Tiran\u00eb<\/strong> \u00ebsht\u00eb bashkia me vler\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb fondit limit p\u00ebr prokurime n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb. Tirana ka shpallur <strong><em>129 tender<\/em><\/strong> me vler\u00ebn e <strong><em>2.28 miliard lek\u00ebve<\/em><\/strong>. Me diferenc\u00eb t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb vler\u00eb Bashkin\u00eb e Tiran\u00ebs e pason Bashkia <strong><em>Durr\u00ebs<\/em><\/strong> me <strong><em>50 procedura<\/em><\/strong> dhe vler\u00eb t\u00eb fondit limit <strong><em>931.79 milion<\/em><\/strong> lek\u00eb. Bashkia <strong><em>Fier<\/em><\/strong> \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb vendin e tret\u00eb sipas vler\u00ebs s\u00eb fondit limit. Kjo bashki ka <strong><em>59 tender<\/em><\/strong> t\u00eb shpallur por me fond limit prej <strong><em>899.85 milion<\/em><\/strong> lek\u00eb. N\u00eb list\u00ebn e <strong><em>10 bashkive<\/em><\/strong> me fond limit m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb tenderuar jan\u00eb edhe bashkit\u00eb Korc\u00eb, Sarand\u00eb, Berat, Divjak\u00eb, Gjirokast\u00ebr, Kavaj\u00eb dhe Librazhd. Nd\u00ebrsa <strong><em>10 bashkit\u00eb<\/em><\/strong> me vlerat m\u00eb <strong><em>t\u00eb vogla<\/em><\/strong> t\u00eb fondit limit t\u00eb shpallur p\u00ebr tenderime jan\u00eb <strong><em>Ura Vajgurore, Mirdita, P\u00ebrrenjasi, Delvina, Libohova, Fush\u00eb \u2013 Arr\u00ebzi. Pogradeci, Tepelena, Dropulli, Memaliaj dhe Pusteci<\/em><\/strong>. Bashkit\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, Elbasan, Kamza, Vau i Dej\u00ebs, Rrogozhina, Kor\u00e7a, dhe Lezha jan\u00eb baskit\u00eb me m\u00eb shum\u00eb raste dhe vlera t\u00eb proceduara me negocime t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb. Negocime t\u00eb Drejtp\u00ebrdrejta do t\u00eb konsiderohen edhe shtesat e kontratave. Autoritetet prokuruese realizojn\u00eb t\u00eb tilla sa her\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrforcojn\u00eb n\u00eb shkelje afatesh p\u00ebr t\u00eb tenderuar blerje n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e duhur, sikurse n\u00eb vler\u00ebsime p\u00ebr punime dhe sh\u00ebrbime shtes\u00eb. Vet\u00ebm <em>37 nga 61 bashki<\/em> kan\u00eb aplikuar procedura t\u00eb negocimit t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt. Negocime t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejta me vler\u00eb <strong><em>mbi 5 milion lek\u00eb<\/em><\/strong> t\u00eb reja kan\u00eb realizuar bashkit\u00eb Elbasan, Tiran\u00eb, Maliq, Konispol, Vau i Dej\u00ebs, Rrogozhina dhe Kamza. K\u00ebtu jan\u00eb konsideruar vet\u00ebm investime t\u00eb tenderuara nga vet\u00eb bashkit\u00eb dhe nuk jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb pun\u00eb publike t\u00eb tenderuara nga Fondi Shqiptar i Zhvillimit, apo nj\u00ebsi t\u00eb qeverisjes qendrore q\u00eb p\u00ebrkojn\u00eb me investime n\u00eb territorin e k\u00ebtyre nj\u00ebsive.
