Cases of tension in Puka. Authorities suspect conflicts between political exponents are related with vote buying and selling Za’Lart platform received an audio record with a message about an incident that occurred in the town of Puka involving two exponents of the Socialist Movement for Integration (SMI). The Chair of the SMI for Puka, Zamira LACAJ, declares that she is threatened and attacked by exponents of the Socialist Party (SP). However, Ms. Laçi has denounced the alleged incident to the Police. In her report to Za’Lart, she mentions the names of 4 SP exponents, who she claims threatened and attacked her. Information from Police sources and verification teams in the fields report that vote buying present in this area has led to tension and confrontations between the parties. Facing such behavior by one or several electoral subjects, and risking losing votes, other parties in the process have also been forced to apply the same practice, pay their voters so that they do not sell their votes to other subjects.
