On November 19th, AIS addressed the European Court of Human Rights, Council of Europe, asking this court to consider AIS claim against Albania as a matter of priority. The application comes at a time when the High Court, where the case is on recourse, and the Constitutional Court are non-functional due to the vacancies arising following the failure of judges to pass the vetting process. Phases of the Court process of AIS vs Political Parties have been published on the AIS website.
